Flexible Time Off Opportunities

Full time employees are eligible for holidays, vacation, sick leave and personal days. Vacation benefits increase with years of service with employees earning additional vacation after five, ten and twenty years of service. Omeda observes ten holidays annually as well as providing employees with three personal days for added flexibility.

Tax Advantaged FSA Health and Dependent Care Programs

Omeda enables its eligible full-time employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket health and dependent care expenses. With recent changes in the tax law, Omeda designed its programs to provide maximum employee flexibility to the fullest extent of the law.

Commuter Transportation Assistance

Omeda participates in the Lake Cook Transit Management Association (TMA) that provides subsidized shuttle service from area METRA stations to our office. Employees participating in this program enjoy this shuttle service from the train station at no charge.
